JDA TSG is hiring Seasonal/Remote Team Members with expertise in QuickBooks Online for the upcoming tax season. If you have 3 years of professional experience using QBO for bookkeeping and are looking for remote work, we would love to speak with you about joining our team. To be considered, candidates must currently reside in the United States and have permanent work authorization in the U.S. (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time). Work is primarily October through the end of April (with potential extension). 100% Remote (U.S. only).
Responsibilities
Using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, evaluate, provide guidance, and answer customers' bookkeeping and QBO questions, including financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues, and other items that may appear in customers' books.
Create high-quality customer experiences that instill confidence and ensure all follow-up communication is completed in a timely manner.
Research regulations to support guidance.
Qualifications
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
3+ years in using QBO in similar bookkeeping roles
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software
High degree of customer service skills; ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed internet connection (no Satellite)
