Senior Product Marketing Manager - ICM at CaptivateIQ. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for ICM, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue for our flagship product, from top of funnel marketing to customer retention. This high-impact position combines strategic ownership with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll lead GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and enablement for our most mature product and category. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Product & Corporate Marketing and work closely with teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps. Your work will directly influence company growth and market perception, ensuring our solutions resonate with the right audiences and deliver clear value. Responsibilities
Product Launches & GTM Strategy: Own all ICM-related product launches—partnering early with Product, Marketing, and Sales to craft messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that accelerate growth Sales Enablement & Commercial Strategy: Equip sales with collateral, insights, and training to drive revenue for our ICM product Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, including product moves, pricing, and messaging; translate findings into strategic insights for sales, product, and marketing Messaging & Positioning: Create differentiated messaging that resonates with target buyers and supports GTM and expansion strategies Customer & Market Research: Conduct and synthesize primary research to gather customer insights, identify pain points, and inform product and marketing direction Content & Collateral Development: Build sales assets—decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and playbooks—that support pipeline generation and deal velocity Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align on GTM priorities across teams and ensure consistent execution from ideation through launch and beyond Evangelism: Represent voice of customer to internal teams and position CaptivateIQ as an industry expert to prospects and customers Requirements
5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing and 7–10 years of overall professional experience Experience working with Product Management, Marketing and Sales Deep understanding of competitive intelligence and how to use it to differentiate and win deals Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into compelling messaging Track record of partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and iterate on success Driven, resourceful, and motivated to help teams succeed Benefits

For candidates in Menlo Park, the range is $160,000–$205,000; for all other North America locations, the range is $130,000–$168,000.
