Senior Product Marketing Manager - ICM at CaptivateIQ. This role focuses on driving revenue for the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) product, from top-of-funnel marketing to customer retention. You will lead GTM strategy, positioning, messaging, and enablement for the product and category. Location & Compensation

The candidate must reside near one of the following locations: Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week) in Menlo Park, CA or Austin, TX; Remote in Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Toronto, Canada. Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr. OTE ranges vary by location as described in the job posting. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Responsibilities

Product Launches & GTM Strategy: Own ICM-related product launches—partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to craft messaging, positioning, and launch strategies that accelerate growth Sales Enablement & Commercial Strategy: Equip sales with collateral, insights, and training to drive revenue for the ICM product Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and translate findings into strategic insights for sales, product, and marketing Messaging & Positioning: Create differentiated messaging that resonates with target buyers and supports GTM and expansion strategies Customer & Market Research: Conduct primary research to gather customer insights and inform product and marketing direction Content & Collateral Development: Build sales assets (decks, one-pagers, battlecards, playbooks) to support pipeline and velocity Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align GTM priorities across teams from ideation to launch and beyond Evangelism: Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams and as a CaptivateIQ and industry expert to prospects and customers Requirements

5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing and 7–10 years of overall professional experience Experience collaborating with Product Management, Marketing and Sales Strong competitive intelligence skills and ability to differentiate and win deals Excellent storytelling and communication; ability to distill complex concepts into clear messaging Track record of partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and iterate on success Driven, resourceful, and motivated to help teams succeed Benefits
