Role We’re looking for a
hands-on, street-smart Sales + Merchandising Lead
to build Borjomi’s footprint across New York City’s best delis, cafés, natural grocers, and cultural hotspots. This isn’t a desk job — it’s for someone who lives in the market, knows how to talk to buyers, and takes pride in turning cold doors into loyal accounts.
Responsibilities
Open new doors: Secure product placement across top-tier delis, natural stores, cafés, and upmarket independents.
Merchandise like a pro: Ensure Borjomi looks as premium as it tastes — proper facings, clean tags, and placement next to Poppi / Olipop.
Execute activations: Support demos, sampling blitzes, and local events.
Track performance: Use Repsly to log visits, photos, and orders daily.
Collaborate: Work with Cascadia and distributor partners to maintain momentum and velocity targets (4–6 units per SKU per week).
Qualifications
2–4 years field experience in beverage, natural foods, or CPG sales.
Proven success in opening and maintaining independent or small-chain accounts.
Los Angeles County route knowledge
Confident communicator — personable but persistent.
Reliable vehicle, clean record, and ability to self-manage.
Compensation
Competitive base salary (~$65,000) + performance bonus.
$600 monthly car allowance (+ tolls, parking, gas reimbursed).
$600 monthly health reimbursement.
