Preparation of complex tax returns (individual, corporate, and partnership returns) Ability to analyze tax issues and reach conclusions Prepare quarterly and year-end estimates for tax planning Perform diversified accounting, auditing, and tax assignments under supervision Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and professional standards Meet deadlines and client expectations Assist staff with technical knowledge Develop client relationships and loyalty Participate in training to enhance skills Provide excellent client service with quality work and quick turnaround Become proficient in tax research and reference sources Qualifications:
Meets requirements to sit for CPA exam; CPA preferred 3+ years of public accounting experience with increasing complexity Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and stay organized Teamwork skills Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
