Overview
As a Client Partner within the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical, you will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic client relationships, driving AI-first solutions across pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare payer/provider organizations. You will own the client engagement, manage delivery, and act as a strategic advisor to align AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives with client goals. Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Growth: Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders in life sciences or healthcare organizations. Own the revenue and growth targets for one or more accounts. Lead account planning, mining, and farming activities. Act as a trusted partner by understanding the intersection of business strategy, industry regulations, and AI capabilities. Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to define customized solutions using AI/ML, data platforms, and analytics. Delivery Oversight & Governance: Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, HIPAA, etc.), where applicable. Act as the escalation point and ensure SLAs are met. Support new business development efforts via proposals, SOWs, and pitch decks. Work with marketing/product teams to develop AI-led value propositions for the HCLS vertically. Experience
8–12 years in client-facing roles (e.g., account management, consulting, pre-sales). Prior experience working with or selling to pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare clients is a must. Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics solutions. Experience managing multi-million dollar accounts or portfolios is a plus. Technical Fluency
Ability to understand and position AI-driven solutions (e.g., NLP, predictive modeling, computer vision). Comfort working with technical teams to translate business problems into Data Analytics and AI/ML solutions. Soft Skills
Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Qualifications
