About the Digital Creative - Asset Management Team
The Asset Management team for Williams Sonoma Digital Creative processes and prepares digital assets, including product copy and multiple images for product information pages in both Kitchen and Home Divisions. The team works closely with merchandising, editing, photo studio, and ecommerce organizations to process assets for our websites.
Overview of the Web Content Coordinator role
You will maintain and update complex content management systems of images and product copy for in-house developed products including the Marketplace initiative;
You will work closely with copy editors and eCom photo teams, and coordinating the production flow of product information and site photography;
You will coordinate with site merchandisers in producing and updating seasonal PIPs including real time editing and revisions for daily and weekly website builds;
You will have the opportunity to contribute in producing impactful and beautiful product pages for both Williams Sonoma and Williams Sonoma Home websites.
Responsibilities
Organize digital photographic assets in preparation for scheduled website builds
Schedule and traffic all copy and product information including copy edits and final revisions
Crop, color correct, and alter photo files in Photoshop as needed
Assist in preparing electronic files for Internet launch releases
Assist in weekly UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by providing asset statuses prior to launch
Work with outside vendors (Outward and Scene 7) to organize our color swap and monogramming features
Work with site merchants on corrections and updates to product pages as requested
Work effectively and efficiently with the creative teams and cross-functional partners
Criteria
Highly proficient in Photoshop and Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word, including experience with VLOOKUP functions
Experience with Content Management Systems and HTML
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills; must be highly detail-oriented
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
4 year bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of related work experience
This position is onsite in the San Francisco office.
