Use Benchmark MandS Software to design, analyze, and validate future architecture options Perform first-principles physics-based analysis to quantify the likelihood and severity of Missile Defense System (MDS) capability gaps and forecast performance of potential mitigations Develop analysis tools in MATLAB Execute batches of MATLAB-based MandS runs in a high performance computing (HPC) environment and analyze the results Assess potential benefits and regrets of proposed solutions to capability gaps Present findings clearly in briefings and white papers Qualifications
BS in Aerospace / Electrical / Mechanical / Systems / Computer / Software Engineering Strong critical thinking skills Prior experience with the Missile Defense System (MDS) MATLAB proficiency Benchmark MandS Software proficiency 12 to 20 years of related work experience Active Secret clearance Desired
Ability to reason from first principles Strong communication skills Prior experience with the Missile Defense System (MDS), with an in-depth understanding of one or more of the following: missile defense radars, OPIR, battle managers, interceptors Additional
