Fully Remote Salesforce Developer role at Saddle Rock Legal Group, LLC. The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing customized Salesforce solutions to enhance the legal intake process. The candidate will work with product development and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Experience Cloud (Salesforce Communities), and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce administration, including configuring workflows, process automation, and security settings. Familiarity with data modeling, SOQL, and Salesforce data management best practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins). Familiarity with Salesforce managed packages and AppExchange solutions. Experience with Avonni a plus. Experience working with Salesforce CRM systems in legal, healthcare, or SaaS industries. Key Responsibilities

Custom Development & Integration: Design and implement customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce tools. Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware. Salesforce Administration: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and management of the Salesforce environment, including workflows, validation rules, process automation, and security permissions. Solution Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, then design and develop scalable solutions that align with Salesforce best practices. Data Management: Ensure data integrity within Salesforce through regular maintenance and best practices for data migration, deduplication, and backup processes. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide timely support for user issues related to Salesforce, including debugging, performance optimization, and deployment. Identify root causes of problems and implement long-term fixes. Collaboration & Communication: Partner with stakeholders, including business analysts, product managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Regularly communicate project status and technical updates to the team and leadership. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data models, and custom code, to ensure ongoing supportability and future enhancements. Remote Location
