We are seeking a
Salesforce Developer
to join our team onsite in
Rosslyn, VA . This individual will work directly with clients to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions for
case management . The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce (including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations) as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively in person. This is a
hands-on development role
with a strong client-facing component—ideal for someone who thrives in both building solutions and working directly with stakeholders. Responsibilities
Collaborate onsite with client stakeholders to gather requirements and understand current manual processes. Design, develop, test, and deploy
Salesforce case management solutions . Convert manual processes into automated Salesforce workflows, approvals, and integrations. Develop scalable and reusable
Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) . Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and flows as needed. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and other technologies. Maintain documentation, version control, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. Participate in daily onsite collaboration sessions, sprint planning, and client workshops. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a
highly visible client environment . Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL . Experience with
Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules . Proficiency in
Salesforce configuration
(objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules). Strong knowledge of
APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrations . Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, or equivalent). Understanding of Salesforce
security model
(profiles, permission sets, sharing rules). Experience with
Service Cloud
and
case management
functionality required. Required Soft Skills
Strong
client-facing communication skills : able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work onsite in Rosslyn, VA, 5 days per week and engage directly with stakeholders. Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills
with attention to detail. Highly collaborative team player with a
consultative mindset . Strong organizational skills: able to balance multiple priorities and deliver on time. Adaptable and comfortable working in a
fast-paced, evolving environment . Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). Salesforce Platform Developer I
certification (required). Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred). Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) are a plus. EEOE
