We are seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to join our Supply Chain Process Centre of Excellence (COE) for a global SAP S/4 transformation. This role is a unique opportunity to shape end-to-end supply chain processes — from Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P/Logistics) through Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality Management (SCM/MFG/QM). You will play a critical role in ensuring process integration, global standardization, and user adoption across multiple modules. As part of a multi-partner program, you will work directly with client stakeholders, functional experts, and OCM leads to deliver measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end design of supply chain processes across OTC, P2P/Logistics, and SCM/MFG/QM domains. Facilitate workshops with business SMEs to capture requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis. Align processes with SAP S/4 capabilities and ensure integration across modules (SD, MM, PP, IBP, TM, EWM, QM). Develop process deliverables, including process flows, SOPs, test scripts, and cutover plans. Partner with OCM leads to ensure process impacts are reflected in readiness, communications, and training. Define adoption and process performance metrics; track outcomes and escalate risks as needed. Support testing cycles, cutover, hypercare, and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with technology teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on design decisions. What We’re Looking For

8–10 years of ERP/process consulting or supply chain leadership experience. Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4 modules relevant to supply chain (SD, MM, PP, IBP, TM, EWM, QM). Experience leading global process design and template rollouts. Strong integration mindset with proven ability to bridge across functions and modules. Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required. Additional Requirements
