Accounts Payable Specialist – Temporary (1–2 Months)

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay:
Up to $30/hour We’re seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist for a short-term 1–2 month assignment with a busy construction company in Irvine. This is a high-volume role that requires strong AP experience. Key Duties: Process high-volume AP invoices
Match purchase orders and receivers to vendor invoices
Enter and code vouchers in ERP system
Assist with vendor setup and records maintenance
Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries
Maintain organized AP files (physical and digital
Qualifications: 3+ years AP experience, preferably in construction
Experience with purchase orders and ERP systems
Ability to work onsite, full-time hours
