About the role Experienced professional in Distribution Channel Management and the direct channel. Participates in distribution channel management activities and customer/agency relationship management, representing the company’s interests and building business relationships to enhance direct and indirect distribution channel performance. Responsibilities
Proactively identifies prospects for distribution and channel management teams and develops professional relationships to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs. Conducts business development activities for distribution and channel management teams within defined customer segments to support the business strategy. Identifies bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses, and negotiates with potential customers. Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team. Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to the sales business development team. Develops personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities. Attends trade shows, presents new products to increase the organization’s visibility, and prepares workshops for assigned customers. Requirements
We are looking for people who meet at least the following: High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced knowledge gained from proven work experience in the relevant sector (HVAC) or similar. Practical to substantial knowledge of organization, programs, or systems of structured companies with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues and as a team player. Proficiency with main IT tools. Availability for weekly travel. Valid driving license (type B). Minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience in the relevant sector (HVAC) or similar. Benefits
