Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting practices. Manage sales tax calculations and filings for multiple jurisdictions. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration. Supervise and support a small team of two employees. Implement organizational systems for efficient workflow and task prioritization. Qualifications: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and financial software. Strong understanding of sales tax regulations. HR management and employee benefits experience. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
