Job Summary
The Network Director, 340B Program provides strategic oversight and operational leadership of the system's 340B Drug Pricing Program. This position ensures full compliance with all HRSA regulations while optimizing program performance and savings opportunities across eligible entities. The Director collaborates with finance, compliance, and pharmacy operations to standardize policies, maintain audit readiness, and expand 340B benefits to support the health system's mission of serving vulnerable populations. Responsibilities
Oversees administration and optimization of the system's 340B Drug Pricing Program across all qualified entities. Develops and enforces policies and procedures to ensure full HRSA compliance and internal control. Coordinates with acute and ambulatory pharmacy leaders to ensure accurate program implementation and documentation. Conducts regular internal audits, prepares for external reviews, and leads corrective action planning as needed. Partners with finance to track savings, margin contribution, and reinvestment in patient care programs. Evaluates contract pharmacy relationships for compliance and financial performance. Maintains expertise in 340B policy and legislative developments; provides education and guidance to system leadership. Supports pharmacy data integrity and analytics to ensure ongoing transparency and accountability. Qualifications/Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hospital or health system pharmacy, with at least 3 years directly managing 340B programs. Education:
Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred. Licenses/Certifications:
Valid license and current registration as a Pharmacist in the State of New York. About Us
