Healthcare Insurance Re-Verification Specialist (Short-Term Contract – Hybrid Remote) Dallas, TX (Must reside within 50 miles) Pay:

$19.50/hour Duration: December 1st – mid-February (potential for extension) Overview We are seeking

detail-oriented and reliable professionals

to support our

annual healthcare insurance re-verification season . In this short-term but high-impact role, you will ensure patients maintain accurate and active insurance coverage for their prescription drug products. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your healthcare insurance experience in a focused, project-based environment. Hybrid-to-Remote:

Training will be onsite during the first week, after which the role will transition to fully remote. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Make a

high volume of outbound calls

to patients to re-verify insurance details. Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, payers, providers, and pharmacies. Document all verification outcomes accurately in the system. Collaborate with teammates to meet daily and weekly goals. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve patient inquiries related to re-verification. Job Details: Contract Dates:

December 1st – mid-February (subject to business needs). Schedule: First Week (Training):

December 8th – December 26th | Onsite in Dallas, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Post-Training (Remote):

Beginning January 1st | Fully remote, must be flexible to work

any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST, Mon–Fri . Lunch:
