Overview

Dental Excellence is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support to our support team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and Mail Merge. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing both day-to-day executive support and larger event coordination projects.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support (Keeping Things Running Like Clockwork):

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the support team
  • Track expenses and keep the budget balanced
  • Prepare mailings, reports, and other important documents
  • Create, update, and analyze Excel spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking
  • Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Handle general office duties as needed

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews
  • Assist with content management
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred. (But we\'re also open to relevant experience – show us what you\'ve got!)
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
    • Excel (formulas, charts, and data management)
    • PowerPoint (presentation design and formatting)
    • Mail Merge in Word
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, expense management, and reporting)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively (juggling skills are essential!)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude
