We are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to recruit and develop our client base and new business opportunities for the Inland Empire, California area.

What You’ll Do
- Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Inland Empire, California area in a largely virtual environment
- Lead end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle activities to promote workforce staffing solutions to clients and prospects
- Engage through a combination of video and in-person meetings to build relationships and close opportunities

- Residence in the greater Inland Empire, California area
- Experience in business development and outbound sales
- Strong business acumen and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-resolution abilities
- Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful
- Enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with our values
- Belonging-focused mindset and collaborative approach
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience
