We are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to recruit and develop our client base and new business opportunities for the Inland Empire, California area.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Inland Empire, California area in a largely virtual environment
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle activities to promote workforce staffing solutions to clients and prospects
  • Engage through a combination of video and in-person meetings to build relationships and close opportunities

What We Look For

  • Residence in the greater Inland Empire, California area
  • Experience in business development and outbound sales
  • Strong business acumen and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-resolution abilities
  • Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful
  • Enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with our values
  • Belonging-focused mindset and collaborative approach
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience
