We are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to recruit and develop our client base and new business opportunities for the Inland Empire, California area. What You’ll Do Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Inland Empire, California area in a largely virtual environment Lead end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle activities to promote workforce staffing solutions to clients and prospects Engage through a combination of video and in-person meetings to build relationships and close opportunities What We Look For Residence in the greater Inland Empire, California area Experience in business development and outbound sales Strong business acumen and customer service skills Excellent communication and problem-resolution abilities Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful Enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with our values Belonging-focused mindset and collaborative approach 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment (preferred) Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience Benefits and Perks Fully remote (100% work from home) with option to hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical location Schedule flexibility including 9/80 and part-time options (after 26 weeks) Competitive salary, bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k)/deferred compensation with company matching Salary range for this position: $55,000-$90,000 with competitive bonus opportunity Multiple monthly and annual recognition opportunities, including an annual trip for top performers Paid health and wellness programs Diversity and inclusion focus Paid time to support community giving and company-sponsored non-profits Learn more about us at UltimateStaffing.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
