Our client is a dynamic and growing Financial Services Company. They are seeking a motivated Program Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while gaining exposure to complex programs. Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Program Manager to lead and oversee high-impact, cross-functional programs across Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and Marketing. This role will be responsible for prioritizing projects, identifying interdependencies, and connecting teams that are or may be impacted by strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience driving initiatives across multiple departments in a structured, scalable way and can anticipate cross-functional impacts while keeping projects aligned with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple complex programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop program plans, timelines, and success metrics in coordination with functional leaders. Ensure timely delivery of projects across functions while managing scope, risks, and resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders in Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and Marketing to align on priorities, timelines, and dependencies. Identify and manage overlaps across projects to minimize duplication of effort and ensure alignment. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to foster transparency, resolve blockers, and drive decisions. Maintain a centralized view of current and upcoming initiatives across departments. Evaluate and prioritize projects based on strategic impact, resource availability, and operational risk. Ensure business continuity by mapping dependencies and proactively connecting impacted teams. Governance & Communication Establish consistent project governance, reporting, and documentation standards. Provide regular updates to senior leadership, including program status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Communicate program goals and changes clearly across all levels of the organization. Required Qualifications: 5–8 years of experience in program or project management in a cross-functional environment. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in at least three of the following areas: Operations (including PMO), Finance, IT, HR, Marketing. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a matrixed organization. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Microsoft 365). Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certifications. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
