Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP S/4HANA and IBP functionalities.
Configure SAP IBP and S/4HANA solutions to meet business needs, including planning models, forecasting parameters, and analytics setup.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP and S/4HANA with other SAP modules and external systems.
Develop and execute testing scenarios (unit, integration, and UAT) to validate system configurations.
Document user requirements (URS) and create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and technical designs, adhering to internal procedures.
Maintain and support SAP IBP and S/4HANA solutions for key users, providing 2nd and 3rd line support as needed.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance understanding of SAP IBP and S/4HANA features and best practices.
Analyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities for enhancements; translate requirements into functional and technical designs with detailed testing scenarios.
Identify areas for process improvement within the SAP IBP and S/4HANA frameworks and recommend actionable solutions.
Coordinate and lead project activities for onsite and offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Track and monitor KPIs related to planning processes and supply chain operations, recommending improvements as necessary.
Assist in change management and support users during the transition to S/4HANA and IBP functionalities.
Qualifications
In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and its planning modules (PP, MM, IBP).
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects.
Proficient in SAP IBP functionalities: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, MRP, and DRP.
Strong knowledge in configuring and customizing planning processes within SAP S/4HANA and IBP to align with business requirements.
Experience with master data management (Material Master, BOM, Routing).
Knowledge of supply chain processes: demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and best practices.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to planning and UI design principles.
Ability to conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure configurations meet business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to perform fit-gap analysis and propose viable solutions.
Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation (BPMN or SAP Solution Manager).
Experience with performance monitoring and optimization of planning processes and KPIs.
Understanding of integration points between SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules and external systems.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and collaborative work environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to facilitate workshops for requirement gathering.
Experience with SAP IBP integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Ability to lead onsite and offshore teams and drive project execution.
