Senior Product Marketing Manager

to own and drive

go-to-market (GTM) strategy , shaping how products are positioned, launched, and adopted in key markets. The ideal candidate will have B2B SaaS experience at early stage startups. Responsibilities

Develop and own product launch strategy and GTM execution, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Serve as a central hub for cross-functional GTM efforts across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and enablement assets that resonate with target audiences. Act as the voice of the customer internally; deeply understand buyer needs and competitive landscape. Partner with Product to align roadmaps with market opportunities and customer feedback. Support international expansion strategies, adapting positioning and messaging for global markets. 8+ years in product marketing, GTM, or related fields with proven success owning GTM strategy and enablement. Has B2B SaaS experience at early stage startups. Exceptional communicator (written + verbal) with strong storytelling and presentation skills. Strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with precise execution. Experienced in managing large, complex projects under tight deadlines. Strong collaborator, able to influence and partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive teams. Natural leader with mentoring or people management experience. Background in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, or travel tech is a plus. Experience supporting international market entry is a plus. Qualifications

Proven track record in GTM strategy and enablement for B2B SaaS products. 8+ years of related experience; early-stage startup background preferred. Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range:

$160,000 – $200,000

(depends on experience and location). Bonus and/or equity opportunities available. Comprehensive benefits, professional development support, and flexible hybrid working.
