Dynamic and self-driven technology value stream leader serving as the principal investigator to spearhead transformations in Plexus’ operational processes. This role involves integrating site operations and customer needs with industry and academic advancements to drive cost, schedule and quality improvements. Key Job Accountabilities
Visionary Leadership and Strategic Transformation: Craft a compelling vision of the future, rallying stakeholder enthusiasm to transform operational processes by blending site-specific insights, customer feedback, and pioneering advancements. Engage global, regional leaders and all levels of the organization in a shared vision that encapsulates both strategic direction and cultural shifts to embrace new ways of working. Lead large-scale change initiatives with a clear roadmap and adapt strategies to dynamic needs.
Pioneering Innovation and Technology Life Cycle Management: Guide scalable technology deployments from ideation through deployment and retirement. Foster partnerships with universities, industry leaders, and disruptive technologies. Establish a structured technology management approach with regular reviews and alignment to business goals to ensure sustained value.
Resource Optimization and Impactful Execution: Champion resource and budget management for innovating and implementing changes that drive efficiency. Oversee resource allocation, balancing budgets with the need for advanced tools and technologies. Implement evaluation processes to measure impact and drive data-driven continuous improvements.
Influential Leadership and Decision Facilitation: Lead cross-functional alignment to enable swift decision-making and implementation of strategic initiatives. Facilitate open dialogue and rapid resolution of challenges.
Collaborative Engagement: Create effective collaborations with internal and external partners, developing strategic alliances with industry players and academic institutions. Facilitate workshops and regular communications to ensure alignment and commitment to project goals.
Accountability to Plexus Core Values: Lead by example, focus on succession planning, and ensure coaching and development to realize team potential.
Education/Experience Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
