Purpose Statement Dynamic and self‑driven technology value stream leader serving as the principal investigator to spearhead groundbreaking transformations in Plexus’ operational processes. This role involves integrating site operations and customer needs with industry and academic advancements to drive cost, schedule and quality transformational improvements.
Key Job Accountabilities
Visionary Leadership and Strategic Transformation: Craft a compelling vision of the future, rally stakeholder enthusiasm to transform operational processes and lead large‑scale change initiatives with a clear roadmap.
Pioneering Innovation and Technology Life Cycle Management: Ignite and guide scalable technology deployments, oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation through deployment and thoughtful retirement.
Resource Optimization and Impactful Execution: Champion resource and budget management to drive efficiency and implement rigorous evaluation processes to measure the efficacy and impact of changes.
Influential Leadership and Decision Facilitation: Lead with a charismatic touch, build alignment among cross‑functional teams and facilitate effective decision‑making forums encouraging rapid resolution of challenges.
Collaborative Engagement: Create dynamic and effective collaborations with internal and external partners, weaving diverse insights into a unified operational strategy.
Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values, focusing on evaluation, succession planning and development.
Education/Experience Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
