Rocky Mountain Gastroenterology (RMG) is devoted to the care of patients with diseases and disorders of the digestive tract. Founded in 1997, RMG has grown into a practice of eighteen Gastroenterologists with five office locations and four endoscopy centers serving the Greater Denver Metro Area. We are committed to providing patients with the most appropriate and cost-effective healthcare in a comfortable and compassionate setting. Our Board Certified Physicians perform nearly 20,000 procedures each year using state-of-the-art equipment, including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and specialty GI procedures. Additionally, our physicians practice at various hospitals and travel to other communities in Colorado for patient consultations and procedures. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Partner track position located in Lakewood, CO. The Associates will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with digestive tract diseases and disorders. The day-to-day tasks include performing GI procedures, such as colonoscopy and upper endoscopy, consulting with patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate medical records. Our endoscopy center is located in the same building as our clinic and affords spacious procedure rooms with updated endoscopic technology and a collaborative environment for delivering efficient and high-quality endoscopic care to our patients. We are affiliated with a center which is a quatrinaey care facility specializing in liver transplant, and bone marrow transplant. Track details
For experienced physicians we offer a one year track to partnership. Fellows are afforded a two year track to partnership. The associates and partners will also participate in the management and growth of the practice to ensure it meets its goals and objectives. Qualifications
Proficiency in performing colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, and other GI procedures ERCP and/or EUS training a plus though not required Strong clinical diagnostic and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care Experience in managing and growing a medical practice is a plus Seniority level
