Overview
This Collections and Recoveries Analyst will support the Vendor Management team by working directly with vendors and internal partners on loan level inquiries, settlement requests, project remediation, account remediation and vendor oversight tasks. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to the business portfolio performance.
Location and schedule This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA; or Teaneck, NJ. In-office schedule is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This Collections and Recoveries Analyst will support the Vendor Management team by working directly with vendors and internal partners on loan level inquiries, settlement requests, project remediation, account remediation and vendor oversight tasks.

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage delinquent loan and TPO accounts, providing vendor guidance, as needed.
Drive right party contact improvements.
Identify and escalate delinquency trends.
Manage escalated collection activities, accounts in remediation and customer assistance programs/processes.
Partner with internal and vendor personnel on loan level inquiries requiring internal assistance and coordination.
Complete account level audits and reviews, including call listening, to aid in vendor oversight.
Partner directly with vendor counterparts on account settlement requests and additional recovery opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience, including at least 2–3+ years in a Collections environment.
Results-oriented and proactive team player with good business acumen.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience working in a high-tech environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with collections and recoveries strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Solar industry experience (Renewable).
FinTech industry experience.
