Research and experiment with cutting-edge ML techniques, including NLP, computer vision, and information retrieval, to enhance recommendation accuracy and user satisfaction. Evaluate and improve the performance of existing recommendation algorithms. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
PhD or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a solid background in data analysis and statistical modeling. Familiar with ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Strong first-author publications in top-tier ML/NLP/Computer Vision/IR conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, SIGIR, KDD, EMNLP). Base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136,800 - $259,200 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary and include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid parental leave; disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; and paid time off (holidays, sick days, and personal time prorated on hire).
