Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar for office events. Provide administrative support to various teams within the company as needed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a related customer service position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
