Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $800 - $950 per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and reception space.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
Assist visitors with check-in and check-out procedures as necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
