NextStep Recruiting is hiring: Recruiting Manager in Dallas

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading law firm to find a Recruiting Manager. An ideal candidate will be experienced in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in the legal field, and comfortable leading a team while building strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first culture and is passionate about attracting top legal talent.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• 2+ years of supervisory/managerial experience
• Proven experience in legal recruiting (Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Support, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Preferred:

• Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience with employer branding, social media recruiting, and onboarding
• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus
