• Manage multi-line phone systems, answering inbound calls promptly and courteously.

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and document management.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a detail-oriented image.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering solutions.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports, manage emails, and maintain records.

• Support internal teams by distributing messages and coordinating appointments.

• Assist with light clerical duties, such as filing and data entry.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems or switchboard operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
