ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – KEEP US ORGANIZED, KEEP US SHINING

Are you detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about helping a team run smoothly? As an Administrative Assistant at JRK Property Holdings, you’ll play a key role in supporting our operations while ensuring residents have a positive experience and our reputation remains strong. You’ll balance administrative tasks with resident support, making sure every detail gets the attention it deserves.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reputation Manager – Monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews to support a positive resident experience.
  • Problem Solver – Identify and resolve customer concerns, collaborating with leadership when complex issues arise.
  • Feedback Collector – Gather and track customer feedback, highlighting trends to improve services and processes.
  • Admin Extraordinaire – Support the asset management team with a variety of administrative projects and reporting.
  • Collaboration Partner – Work closely with leadership to create solutions that ensure both customer satisfaction and operational success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Admin – 2+ years of business administration or related experience.
  • Strong Communicator – Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Focused – Skilled at handling feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to juggle multiple projects while staying on top of the details.
  • Collaborative Team Player – Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams to create solutions.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes
  • Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks, follows through on commitments, and maintains confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and review management tools
  • Experience in customer service, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education And Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role in a professional office environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
  • Travel: May need to use a personal vehicle for work on occasion
  • Work environment and physical demands: General office environment
  • FLSA Status: Nonexempt
