W2 Contract to Hire position - We can not do Corp to Corp (C2C) for this position

Job title Business Intelligence QA Tester
Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans for each type of reporting tool including SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerQuery and Cube testing to ensure output meets user requirements.
Develop unit, system, and regression test plans, and effective strategies to allow for shorter and more frequent test cycles.
Design and development of test plans in support of all reporting requests following standard SDLC processes and iterative development cycles.
Support and execute User Acceptance Test cases working closely with Servicing and Asset Management teams to assist in completing User Acceptance Testing.
Support end to end testing of reporting data mart to ensure transformations of data meet end user requests.
Develop performance testing plans to speed up end user experience on reporting tools.
Create QA and testing artifacts (Test Strategy, Test Matrix, Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Results) and functional documentations.
Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
Assist with triage, diagnosis and resolution of issues discovered by Real Estate Business areas throughout User Acceptance.
Participate in special projects, providing testing data analytics as needed in support of end business users in real estate.
Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Equivalent related work experience
3+ years in QA Testing
3+ years in Business Intelligence and data warehousing areas
3+ years in programming and system analysis
3+ years using SQL Server
