Insight Global is hiring: Fraud Data Analyst in Minneapolis

The Fraud Data Analyst role will function in a highly collaborative, productive, and energizing team dedicated to identifying and resolving various types of post-purchase eCommerce fraud. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills in data analytics, communication, and critical thinking to investigate and resolve customer claims on behalf of the organization.

Day to Day:

• Retrieve and analyze data in relation to fraud investigations
• Reviewing transaction data for potential fraud
• Assist with ongoing investigation

Must Haves:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and analytical
• Developed communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum six months experience in fraud detection and asset protection (preferably in a retail environment)
• Self-starter who is comfortable in a Hybrid work environment

Nice to Haves:

• SQL experience
• CCTV analysis
