What You’ll Do

• You’ll play a key role supporting both our internal HR operations and our client consulting work.
• Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our people, projects, and clients connected and organized.
• ✅ Support recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation
• ✅ Maintain HR systems, benefits, and compliance tracking
• ✅ Assist consultants with project logistics, research, and deliverables
• ✅ Prepare polished reports, presentations, and proposals
• ✅ Communicate with clients and partners with professionalism and care

What You Bring

• 💼 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support
• 🎓 Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 🧩 Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• 💬 A polished, professional presence and ability to handle confidential information
• 💡 Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus
