What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role supporting both our internal HR operations and our client consulting work . Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our people, projects, and clients connected and organized. ✅ Support recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation ✅ Maintain HR systems, benefits, and compliance tracking ✅ Assist consultants with project logistics, research, and deliverables ✅ Prepare polished reports, presentations, and proposals ✅ Communicate with clients and partners with professionalism and care What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills A polished, professional presence and ability to handle confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus Who You Are ✨ Quality-minded — you take pride in doing things the right way.
