As a tutor on the platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring for ARDMS topics.
• Personalize lessons to fit different learning styles and student needs.
• Explain ARDMS concepts clearly and effectively.
• Use the Live Learning Platform tools to deliver engaging sessions.
• Invoice for sessions and manage your tutoring schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in ARDMS and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Prior tutoring/teaching experience and graduate-level education are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour, with increases for specialized subjects; potential to reach up to $40/hour with the same student.
• Paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions.
• Set your own hours; tutor remotely with no commuting.
• AI-powered Tutor Copilot provides real-time instructional support and lesson generation.
• We handle logistics and payments; you invoice for sessions.
