Location and compensation: Cicero, NY | $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations. This position requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll be the first point of contact for many clients, vendors, and team members, making your contribution critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to management, field crews, and customers.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer files.
• Assist with data entry, reports, and office correspondence.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet company quality standards.

Qualifications

• Reliability & punctuality – strong work ethic, commitment to deadlines.
• Prior administrative or office support experience preferred (construction or trades industry experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
