A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Accountant to help them maintain top-notch customer service for all accounting-related tasks at their Palo Alto, CA office. Responsibilities Building client relationships both internally and externally Reviewing and preparing contracts, Lien waivers, and insurance certificates Accounts Receivables, Processing invoices and finalizing the billing cycle Communicating with internal Project Managers and Principals and clients Presenting monthly project financials to branch office managers Qualifications 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field 3-5 years of construction accounting experience Familiarity with construction accounting software (Procore, Sage, Foundation, etc) Compensation and Benefits In addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, the firm also provides a Costco Card and Gym Membership.
