Accountant Job at Blueprint Hires in Palo Alto

Overview

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Accountant to help them maintain top-notch customer service for all accounting-related tasks at their Palo Alto, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Building client relationships both internally and externally
• Reviewing and preparing contracts, Lien waivers, and insurance certificates
• Accounts Receivables, Processing invoices and finalizing the billing cycle
• Communicating with internal Project Managers and Principals and clients
• Presenting monthly project financials to branch office managers

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field
• 3-5 years of construction accounting experience
• Familiarity with construction accounting software (Procore, Sage, Foundation, etc)
