HR Coordinator Location: Dallas area (REMOTE, but must be in the Dallas area)
Compensation: $40K-$50K

Position Summary We\'re seeking a HR Coordinator to support our U.S. operations with responsibilities spanning HR operations, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition . This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow into a well-rounded HR professional. You\'ll ensure compliance across U.S. and Canada while driving a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities Administer ADP payroll for U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and invoices
Manage onboarding/offboarding , HR documentation, and HRIS data integrity
Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and relations
Assist with engagement programs, performance cycles, and compliance initiatives
Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous process improvements
Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2–4 years HR experience, including ADP payroll and benefits
Exposure to Canadian HR/payroll preferred
Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws
Excellent communication, organization, and time management
Proficiency in HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have Master\'s Degree
Multi-state payroll experience
Familiarity with FMLA, COBRA, ACA
Experience in high-growth or consulting environments
