Location: Dallas area (REMOTE, but must be in the Dallas area)

Compensation: $40K-$50K

Position Summary

We\'re seeking a HR Coordinator to support our U.S. operations with responsibilities spanning HR operations, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow into a well-rounded HR professional. You\'ll ensure compliance across U.S. and Canada while driving a positive employee experience and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer ADP payroll for U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and invoices
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS data integrity
  • Support full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and relations
  • Assist with engagement programs, performance cycles, and compliance initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years HR experience, including ADP payroll and benefits
  • Exposure to Canadian HR/payroll preferred
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Excel

Nice to Have

  • Master\'s Degree
  • Multi-state payroll experience
  • Familiarity with FMLA, COBRA, ACA
  • Experience in high-growth or consulting environments
