Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Position Responsibilities

This position reports to the Global Controller and is responsible for the integrity of our financial statements including the timely and accurate submission of monthly results in compliance with US GAAP and all aspects of our control environment throughout the world. We are seeking a hands-on leader who is responsible for accounting close of the headquarter entity, global consolidation activities and priority setting with the regional controllership staff to set and drive global initiatives. The Global Controllership team also provides support to the regions as needed. The ideal candidate will exhibit the highest degree of ethics, a bias for action, and organizational aptitude via working seamlessly across cultures in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

The Global Accounting Senior Manager will have a reputation for technical and financial acumen, integrity, data-driven decision, and effective communication, collaboration, and team leadership. This individual will also exhibit:

• Strong commercial mindset and Leadership skills needed to influence senior management and external stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills, superior intellect, and an outstanding ability to communicate using these qualities and skills.
• An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player both locally and through cross-region and cross-functional
• A strategic thinking who is able to collaborate to define and develop a clear picture of the future direction and objectives for the function and then develop a comprehensive implementation plan.
• 1-2 years in a leadership role

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum BS in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline; MBA or Master of Accounting preferred.
• CPA certification required. CMA a plus.
• Exemplary knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and both management and financial accounting GAAP and management reporting including operational finance
• Public accounting experience required. Industry experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with Oracle R/12 or other modern ERP, OneStream or another modern EPM/consolidation tool
• Having worked 4-5 years in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to travel up to 25%, domestically and abroad, and to work varied or extended hours to accommodate time-zones
