Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

• Accounting Oversight: Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including payroll processing and compliance.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of the balance sheet, intercompany financials, and general ledger accounts.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide detailed insights into the organization’s assets, liabilities, and cash flow.
• Month-End Close: Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate completion of all month-end close processes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support an accounting team of 5-6 members to achieve department goals.

Experience Preferred For The Accounting Manager Role

• 3+ years of general accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Supervisory or management experience required
• Nonprofit industry experience is a plus
