Greentech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an Accounting Assistant. Greentech Manufacturing, Inc. manufactures Crown Royal Stoves, a line of outdoor furnaces and automated biomass boilers that are used to heat homes and businesses. We also provide a full line of plumbing and heating products.

The accounting assistant will play a supporting role in Greentech's financial department, helping to track expenses, revenues, and other financial activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Data Entry
• Invoicing
• Bank Reconciliation
• Financial Reporting
• Payroll
• HR related tasks
• Maintaining Financial Records
• Preparing Purchase Orders
• Preparing a trial balance for accountants
• Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting for information
• Resolving Accounting Discrepancies
• Managing product builds and account reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Create and Maintain Product Costing Spreadsheets
• Ability to understand and review financial statements
• Regularly review payable and receivable reports for accuracy
• Assist in the finance department
• Administrative Support
• Customer and Vendor Interactions
