Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead AP, AR, and GL teams with a focus on development and performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regional tax regulations.
• Optimize ERP systems for automation and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership in AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
