Responsibilities

• The Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant will handle day to day Bookkeeping (AR/AP, Payroll, GL)
• Reconcile and balance accounts
• Handle check runs, and run AR/AP reports
• Process job reports and monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
• Payroll processing (25 employees via QuickBooks)

Experience / Qualifications

• Full charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant experience to include AP, AR, payroll, GL, and related duties
• Attention to detail
