Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Controller and fund accounting leadership to drive business growth and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee a team responsible for the accurate and timely determination of Fund NAVs and investor reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support the annual audit and tax reporting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and accuracy of fund information.
• Manage relationships with third-party administration firms, subadvisors, audit and tax providers, and internal teams.
• Partner with leadership to enhance controls, automate processes, and implement best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, building a strong team for future growth.
• CPA certification.
• Experience in alternative investments, hedge funds, financial markets accounting, or Big-4 auditing of investment funds/managers.
• Background in financial services.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful teams.
• +7 years of professional experience.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
