Overview UnitedMasters is building a marketplace that connects artists, brands and fans, empowering artists to earn and grow. The company offers a music distribution service that puts artists first, allowing independent artists to distribute music directly to fans through streaming services while maintaining ownership of master rights and up to 100% of royalties. UnitedMasters collaborates with Translation, its in-house creative advertising agency, to forge innovative partnerships. The team includes musicians, marketers, engineers, and storytellers from top platforms, and the company is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. This is a hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY: four days in office and one day remote. What You'll Do Proactively schedule all interviews for hiring teams via our ATS while maintaining momentum for candidates Collaborate with recruiters to understand each role’s requirements and nuances Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the interview process, including on-site interviews Act as a liaison between candidates and interviewers to address on-site and virtual needs promptly Own the requisition setup and job posting process to ensure system and formatting consistency Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting operations Assist with building and documenting recruiting coordination processes as needed Participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes and candidate experience Assist with regular reporting to provide recruiters and hiring managers with insights into pipeline health Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters and documents Stay current on recruiting tools and manage vendor relationships to maximize product adoption Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong project management skills with ability to balance multiple work streams Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mentality Appreciation and sensitivity toward people, culture, and values Ability to execute on priorities with urgency, ownership and accountability Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion Personable, smart, passionate, and optimistic Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of work experience in recruiting or HR-related fields Experience managing projects and/or programs Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADP, Greenhouse, GEM, and Google Suite About UnitedMasters, Inc. Salary and Benefits Salary Hiring Range: $60,000 - $70,000 ($28.00/HR - $33.00/HR) Our salary ranges are one part of compensation and may include bonuses, stock options, 401(k) match, and other rewards.
