Overview Financial Technology Partners is seeking a Campus Recruiting Coordinator for our New York office. The role reports into the Chief Human Resources Officer and focuses on the candidate experience, recruiting process efficiency, scheduling, and candidate travel and expense reimbursements.
Role Description Responsibilities include screening applications, coordinating interviews, collecting interviewer feedback, organizing internal debrief sessions, and maintaining recruiting calendars, files, templates, materials, and metrics. The ideal candidate will be highly detail oriented with strong judgment to prioritize multiple, potentially competing, demands in a fast-paced, growing environment. This position is in-office three days per week in New York City; FT Partners operates a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote).
General Qualifications Previous coordination experience; recruiting experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience with an ATS (Greenhouse) is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively identify next steps or areas of improvement
Sense of urgency and responsiveness
Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Flexible, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
Start-up experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong desire to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition
U.S. work authorization required; FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Communications Skills Exceptional writing and verbal communication; ability to prepare high-impact materials
Effective participation in internal and external meetings
Maturity and poise to interact with client executives

Compensation The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $65,000 - $70,000/year; base pay may vary by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include discretionary awards and a full range of benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off). Details will be provided if an offer is made.
If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and discretionary compensation at any time, including for performance, department, or market factors.
